Opening Session begins at 7pm on Friday night. Snacks/desserts will be provided. (Dinner will be on your own prior to the opening session. We will send a carpool sign-up sheet as we get closer to the retreat date.)

Saturday will be a mix of time together in worship and Scripture, time to rest and explore the area, and eating lots of good food (plus throw in a nap, a hike, dutch blitz, or whatever feels restful and life-giving to you).

We will check out on Sunday morning at 10AM.

The La Foret Retreat Center is nestled in the heart of Black Forest, surrounded by over 350 acres of majestic Ponderosa Pines, a sanctuary of inspiring scenery in a peaceful, private setting. Just to the northeast of Colorado Springs, La Foret is located only minutes from I-25.

We will be staying at La Foret’s Lapp Lodge. This is also where all of our group time will be located. The rooms sleep 3-4 people.

Full refunds available with cancellations submitted before September 27. Last minute cancellations/refunds will be made in the case of sickness or emergencies.

Please note: there is no childcare provided during the retreat. This retreat is designed for adults, particularly our main sessions consisting of worship, teaching, and practical ways of connecting with God. Yes, donations are greatly appreciated. The actual total retreat costs are about $325 a person. Nova is subsidizing the retreat costs to help make this affordable for everyone. If you desire to help with these subsidized costs, you can make a donation as an “add-on” to your online registration. Thank you for your generosity.
