Formation
At Nova, we believe formation in the way of Jesus is a process of transformation. It happens as we learn to follow Jesus in the ordinary rhythms of life, and it happens primarily in community.
Ways to Practice Formation
Micro Groups
Micro Groups of 3–5 people create space for relational discipleship. Together, we notice and nurture God’s work in our own lives and in the lives of one another.
Reflective Bible Study
Wednesdays, 6:30–7:30 PM | September 16 – November 11This reflective study of Scripture invites us to dwell in God’s Word through contemplation, meaningful discussion, and prayerful responsiveness to the movement of the Holy Spirit.
Led by Pastor Katie Fowler and Mikayla Wilkins in Nova’s gathering space.

Practicing the Way
How do we enjoy life with God in the midst of our actual, ordinary, busy lives? How do we experience God’s love and healing in our lives?Practicing the Way courses create space to explore simple spiritual practices that open us to God and his transforming work. We offer courses throughout the year, with each course focusing on a specific spiritual practice.
“Discipleship is the process of becoming who Jesus would be if he were you.”
