Enter into the mystery and power of Jesus’ final hours on the cross. Connect with the meaning of Good Friday as we gather to worship and reflect on the weight of Jesus’s suffering and sacrifice. Nova Church will be hosting a traditional tenebrae service. Tenebrae is Latin for “darkness.” As we read the account of Jesus’s crucifixion and death, candles will be slowly extinguished until it is totally dark. Then we will leave in silence.
