Opening Session begins at 7pm on Friday night. Snacks/ desserts will be provided. (Dinner will be on your own prior to the opening session. We will send a carpool sign-up sheet as we get closer to the retreat date. )

Saturday will be a mix of time together in worship and Scripture, time to rest and explore the area, and eating lots of good food (plus throw in a nap, a hike, time around the fire pit, dutch blitz, mini-golf, basketball, or whatever feels restful and life-giving to you).

We will check out on Sunday morning at 10AM.

The YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park. We will have access to the Rocky Mountain National Park plus all of the fun activities on the property — lots of trails, indoor pool, sports, crafts, games, etc.

We have 2 retreat cabins where all of our group time and meals will be located. All rooms are shared occupancy.

Early Bird Rate: $115 (Register by 8/1)

Regular Rate: $150 (Register by 9/1)

We do have some scholarships available. Email Katie at katie@novadenver.org if you would like to apply for a scholarship to cover part or all of your retreat cost.

Full refunds available with cancellations submitted before 9/1. Last minute cancellations/ refunds will be made in the case of sickness or emergencies.

Please note: there is no childcare provided during the retreat. This retreat is designed for adults, particularly our main sessions consisting of worship, teaching, and practical ways of connecting with God. If you have questions about bringing your little one, please contact Katie.

Yes, donations are greatly appreciated. The actual total retreat costs are about $260 a person. Nova is subsidizing the retreat costs to help make this affordable for everyone. If you desire to help with these subsidized costs, you can make a donation as an “add-on” to your online registration. Thank you for your generosity.
