Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come as you are—leave refreshed, renewed, and recentered in God’s presence.
Haley will lead a restorative yoga class focused on deep breathing and supported postures held for extended periods. You'll be invited to move slowly, embrace silence, and take a break from the busyness of daily life. Please bring a pillow or anything else you might need to feel comfortable during class.
